We lost power and when the Terastation came back up, it was in an error state.  I was able to get into degrade mode by removing Disk 1.  I can access all of my info but want to rebuild the RAID array.  I wiped the hard drive and put it back into the terastation.  I get the Press FuncSW I31 message but nothing happens when holding it in.  I went into the web setting and tried to start the rebuild from there, but get a message saying that the hard drive is to small.  This is the same hard drive that was working before and is big enough.  Any ideas on what I should do?  Thanks

Go to the storage section, select disk1 - Remove Disk - wait 2 minutes - select the disk again - rediscover disk, then go to the raid section - rebuild raid should now be possible.

Thanks for the help.  I tried what you suggestion and still get the same "The new drive is too small" message.  The drive also shows up as Unformatted with no other information listed.  Would this be correct?  Thanks

If you haven't gotten support to fix this for you, try a diskpart clean on the replacement drive, it's probably got something on it that makes it seem too small.
