Title: Password Change on WZR-300HP
Post by: jymatthews on April 11, 2016, 09:31:12 AM
A friend changed the router password on his WZR-300HP running DD-WRT V24SP2-MULTI (07/09/12) STD. He is now locked out of the router. SSH isn't an option at this point. I've tried using Telnet with 'root' as the user with no luck either. What are the odds that the password was corrupted during the change? (Resetting will be a headache due to the specific settings.)

Surely you backed up the settings before hand? Reset would appear to be the only option.
