Title: Unable to connect to LS-WX1xx
Post by: jcavalcante on March 18, 2016, 03:58:34 PM
I'm getting error messages in NAS Navigator when I try to connect to the NAS.  The first error message is: LS-WXL733 is not set correctly.  Use time and date from your computer?
If I click Yes I get:  Cannot connect to LS-WXL733.  Do you wish to automatically correct the IP address?  After another Yes click I get:  Could not set the system clock.  Failed to change the IP address of LS-WXL733.

Here's what I've seen/tried:
Verified correct system time.
Verified a connection light on the NAS NIC.
Swapped the network cable.
Swapped LAN ports on the router.
Rebooted the NAS.

The NAS is connected to a Windows 7 Pro desktop in a Homegroup.  It's firmware is 1.65.

I also noted that if I move the NAS to my Windows 10 Home laptop and different router I could still see the NAS in the Navigator and some disk usage properties, but only once.

Thank you for your insights.
