Title: TS1200D NAS -revolving circle instead of picture icon
Post by: wand3r3r on March 11, 2016, 10:22:07 AM
I bought this nas to share my years of pictures with family via the internet.
Web access is setup and works.

I can access it via public wan ip address and local ip address when using www.buffalonas.com
Problem is I never get the picture icon.  I only get a rotating circle.

If I browse to the pictures locally using navigator2 there is no problem.  I get the picture icon instantly.

I have Comcast 50/5mbps [D/U] which should be enough bandwidth.  But that shouldn't matter since I get the same results when using buffalonas.com and my lan address

How to fix this?  Pretty useless if you can't see the picture icon

Firmware is 1.40 which according to
http://www.buffalo-technology.com/en/support/downloads/
is the latest version.
