Title: array1_mount_error TeraStation TS-XL after harddrive change
Post by: JOGJO on February 12, 2016, 05:57:04 AM
Hello
After two drives (4 total, raid 5)in my TS-XL station failed and there replaced the error "array1_mount_error" keeps coming after a while!
Tried to update/downgrade firmware, but no change in storage.

Is there no change to get data back frpm raid ?  It seems like the raid is rebuildning correct and all lights are green on harddrives.

And NO there is no backup on that data.

I know that on another station (different brand) there was a fixup for raid information that was written on the harddrives and the data was restored.

A RAID5 cannot sustain more than 1 disk failure, same situation as here and same advice.
