Title: Unpopulated TSX4.0TL/X5 stuck in EM mode, firmware wont update
Post by: cabbage on November 30, 2015, 11:29:11 AM
Hi,

I recently bought a used unpopulated tsx4.0tl/x5 to use as a NAS at home.

When I boot I am stuck in em mode and cannot update firmware, I have tried blank drives less than 500gb and greater and various formats, nothing works. When trying to update the firmware I get the message partition not found.

Can anyone help?
