Title: Using wireless to access Terastation 3000 share folder is unstable
Post by: brianhuang on November 06, 2015, 07:48:47 AM
Hi

I just installed Terastation 3000 and created a share folder.
All other 13 computers using wired or wireless connections has no problem accessing and browsing this share folder.

Except one laptop has problem browsing this folder when I use wireless.
It is able to connect to the share drive.
But when I browse to another folder inside, most of the time it takes too long to display the files inside.
Sometimes it does display some files. But when I click back to the main share folder, the connection to the share drive drops.
Sometimes it works on a small folders.
But the connection always drop too.
But the wireless is able to connect to another share on the network without any issue.

When I plug in the LAN cable, everything works fine.

I'm using Windows 7 Pro Service Pack one.
I have unchecked IPV6.
I have run "netsh interfaceip delete arpcache".
I have run "ipconfig /flushdns".
I have updated the Terastation firmware and did a restart.

Please help me as this laptop belongs to my director.

What makes you think the issue is the Terastation?!
