Title: LS-QL/R5 Issue with I21 Light
Post by: broknspyrl on October 27, 2015, 02:39:27 AM
Hi guys,

I have a LS-QL/R5 4x1TB on FW1.11 in the UK, i had a failed drive which i have replaced, all the HDD lights are green and when i boot the NAS up the Info light flashes I21, and has been doing so for a couple of days now.

NAS Navigator MAC can't see the NAS, and when i login to the GUI i get the "Currently a Format or Disk Check is being carried out.
During this time the LinkStation settings can not be changed.
Also the file share service will not be available." message.

I get the raid alert sent by email and this says all is ok, but the controls are disabled, any help to access the shares would be great

I've had the same issue for 2 weeks now too. No way to get access or reset the RAID array. Did you ever figure it out?
