Title: Storage 100% full and no access
Post by: techreg on October 21, 2015, 11:59:40 AM
My problem is that our Terrastation TS-XEL was being used for backup over the weekend and had about hundred gigs dumped to it, leaving it at 100% full and not accessible on the network.
Total Capacity: 1,461,815,680 kbytes (1394.10 GB)
Amount Used: 1,461,815,584 kbytes (1394.10 GB)
I have restarted it from the web interface, and I have emptied all the trash boxes in every shared folder, and I have deleted several gigabytes of data. I can gain temporary access for reads, but any other action renders it again not accessible. It remains at 100% even after deleting the several gigs of files. This was posted a couple of years ago by someone else, but never answered.
