Title: LS441DE WebAccess app automatic upload to iPhone "Upload Error"

Hello all, I have the LS441DE that is set up in a raid 10 configuration.

While setting up the drive to use the automatic upload function with my iPhone 6 using the WebAccess app, I am greeted with this error "upload failed". Upon further investigation within the app the error log reads, "This operation was not performed because you are not connected to a network". I am indeed connected to a network, the same one my LS441DE NAS is on. My WebAccess is enabled and I am able to connect to the LS441DE both locally and even remote using the app. Am I missing something in my configuration? The "webaxs" folder was created during the set up process and it seems to function properly.

Does anyone have any advice to offer, thanks!

I encountered the same thing, same error when I tried to set up the automatic upload for my iPhone 6. My NAS is LS-VL1.0T.

The web access app used to work well. This just happened since the last month.

Does anyone have any clue about it?
