Title: Data drive cannot be detected... only the utility drive

Good day,

I have a DriveStation HD-HX2.0TU3 2TB. I plug it in to my PC but the led light goes RED and the only thing I can access is the UTIL drive (labeled E:). the led light used to glow BLUE or GREEN but now it only goes RED.

Because of this, I cannot access my files anymore.

What's the problem and what can be done to fix this?
