Title: Upgrade firmware on a TS-RI4.0TGL/R5 TS-RHTGL with only one HDD?
Post by: aeciolemos on September 14, 2015, 07:40:12 AM
Hi,

I have a TS-RI4.0TGL/R5 (TS-RHTGL) and I have not used it for a while. THere were no drives in it, so I took a 2TB HDD I have here and I tried loading the firmware on to it. I got the "Failed to formatting. (ACP_STATE_FAILURE) Updating is aborted." error message. Is this because 2TB HDD is not supported? Or do I need all 4 HDDs loaded before attempting this? What could the problem be and how do I either get more info or solve it?

Thank you.
