Title: Can't put TS-WVHL in EM
Post by: xfabio on August 31, 2015, 10:49:33 AM
My Terastation WVHL refuse to boot. Both disks are with no partition, and when I switch it on the display shows "boot from hdd0" and nothing more. I'm trying to put it in Emergency Mode, but pressing reset button before power on doesn't work. Any suggestion?

Thanks!

Really no answers? No chance to recover my TS?

You need a recovery image for the unit. Did you create one when you had access to it?

Unfortunately not, this is the reason why I need to put it in EM mode...

Contact your local support, they might be able to provide you with one.
