Title: DLNA not working and Plex server for LS421DE
Post by: kishfab on July 17, 2015, 01:18:42 PM
Hi,

Now 2 things as mentioned above
1: yes the DLNA switches on but does share a folder, says no response from Nas whenever i apply the shared folder(did factory reset)
2: is there a plex server for this device?
Firmware version: 1.80. Saw in the change logs that this version corrected the DLNA issue but mine still doesn't work!

PLEEEEASE PLEASE I NEED THIS DLNA TO WORK

Soooo apparently after "fidgeting" with the gadget the dlna now works. i removed the initial drive n setup a new hardrive  to see if it was my previous drive that had an issue with the dlna but nop the issue was still present with this new hard drive.so i returned the 1st hard drive n put in this second hard drive and now for some reason the dlna now is fully functional! Oh Happy Day:-):-D
QUESTION is could it b that the dlna depends on there being a second hard drive? DO NOTE that the 2nd drive is initialized but empty.
