Title: LSCH1.0 - Cant connect directly

I'm using Windows 7 and I cannot get either the Linkstation to appear via the NasNavigator (version 2.63) or connect directly to the device via WebAccess. As I cant connect directly to the device I cant seem to update the firmware which is version 1.56

When I use the default IP address I get a Webaccess screen but it only shows me the User Account page. I can seem to be able to map to the Linkstation directly via Windows Explorer.

You have got security software blocking the application. Disable anti virus and firewall on the computer.
