Title: TS5400- Access Restriction issue

hi everyone,

i confirm that my username were allow to read/write in user/group . But i don't have change permission when using windows explorer  but the same account do have write permission in webaccess mode.

Is this a bug or i miss some steps in config?

If you are attempting to change NTFS permissions on an individual file, that won't work. The TeraStation does not use Windows permissions because it doesn't use a Windows file system.
