Hello all,

  I have a Terastation TS-RIGL/R5 that I inherited and I am trying to get the thing up and running for a file server in my home network, but I am not having any luck.  I have been tinkering with this thing for the last two days and am about to give up on it.  When I turn it on it boots up and finally settles with the "Link\Act" light flickering green and the power light on steady green. When I go to t my computer "any of them" I can pull up the IP address (192.168.1.13) in my browser and go to the configuration utility just fine.  I can also go to command prompt and Ping the device and get the following back;

I've tried the little red button under the display and tried restoring factory options.  Still no luck.

NAS does not see the device and neither does windows.  I tried downloading the install CD image for this model and it can not see it either.  ???

Not sure what the problem is, may even be an ID10T error on my part since I have no experience with network storage devices. I have tried searching the web for the last two days and I cant seem to find anything that helps or matches my issues.

Any help would be awesome and greatly appreciated.
