Title: LS410D0201 : Shares not available / WebAccess HTTP Error
Post by: stratorfou on May 31, 2015, 04:12:54 AM
Hi to All

I had yesterday main power issue it went down and up three times in a couples of minutes.

Since that, my linkstation can't be reachable using drive mapping.

I launched the last release of Buff NAS Vav 2. ip address is the same. Disk seems no damaged (light is green). http web access displays an error on connection using port 9000. when using mobile web access, username are recognized (admin and end-user) but only one of the 3 shares are dipslayed.

Last Firmware were updated in March.

I would find how to recover this webaccess.
I would like to recover data ... I think that it could be possible to unmount / disassemble the hard drive to plug USB (with adapter) to a win 7 machine.

Any experience or advice would be great.

Thanks in advance ...

Informations added :
Firmware : 1.34

WebAccess connection port 9000 is possible.
only one share is available.

Using NAS Nav2, impossible to move to configuration mode.

when lauching https://myip:9000/ this error appears in the browser

Erreur de connexion SSL

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

tried with IE and chrome. same error. Checked SSL Configuration - all is allowed.

Perhaps the port number is wrong ?? Somebody could help ?
