I have a TS-6vh12tl/r6 terrastation which is 2 months out of warranty. The passwords were changed by a consultant, no longer around! and i am at a loss to find the correct procedure to reset the password and user name to factory default. I know there have been a few threads regarding this issue and it is by no means a new issue, just do not understand why it appears to be such a complication.
Can anyone with a working knowledge of this model advise exactly how to do this please.
