Title: Model LSQ4.0TL/R5 NAS system experiencing long load times with new PC
Post by: rahim2015 on May 16, 2015, 10:33:40 AM
Hello, thanks for stopping by and reading first off. I've recently bought a new PC and am experience really long load times/hang ups while trying to traverse my files with the NAS system through my ATT-Uverse wireless router. I have three other computers that work fine with the NAS unit, and can connect and navigate instantly through wireless means. This gets me thinking its an issue between the one computer and the NAS unit or packet loss. I'm hoping to get some help with how to fix this problem. Below posted is the PC info, ATT-Uverse Router, and the NAS Model. If you need any more info, feel free to request it. I don't have any cds for the NAS unit.

NAS Unit:
Model LSQ4.0TL/R5
Firmware 1.11

ATT-Uverse Router:
AT&T Wi-Fi Gateway Router ARRIS 12VDC

PC info:
Dell XPS 8700
Intel core i7-4770 3.4 Ghz 16 RAM 64xbit
Nvidia Geforce GTX 650ti
Windows 7
