Hi there,

I'm trying to download the Windows RAID utility but I am unable to get the site to recognize my serial number as being "valid".

My Device is a HD-QS1.0TSU2R5US   [which does not appear as a valid product on the menus on this website.

I 've tried other devices names that appear to be close to this product name but my serial # is always "invalid"

My drive is having hard drive issues and I need to be able to see what is going on with the RAID Array so please help me....

Thank you for your help. I have downloaded this copy of the RAID Utility and I cannot get it to recognize my drive unit. I am connecting the drive via USB and running the utility from both Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 using native and compatibility mode. The program will come up and run but then I get nothing. The problem I am having is that I have a bad drive 1 and I have replaced drive 1 with a new drive. These four drives were setup a long time ago in a RAID 5 array. This unit was supposed to go into an auto rebuild mode when the new drive was inserted but apparently that did not happen. Now, I just have a blinking red drive 1. Now, I have drive four that keeps going offline and blinking red as well. I can power off the unit and power it back on and drive 4 will come back online for a while. I just need to be able to get into the RAID config to get the RAID to rebuild before I lose drive four completely. Please help.... Thank you
