Title: Flickr-Upload/Sync does not work anymore
Post by: cb81 on April 08, 2015, 12:38:27 PM
Hello,

after Flickr has changed its API-acces to https, the Flickr-Sync of my Linkstation LS-WXL64C (Firmware 1.70) does not work any more. Has anyone else experienced this problem and is there a fix for this?

Thanks

I have the same trouble with Flickr! My LS-VL didn't work after API FLICKR updated year ago.
I have newest firmware 1.70 (april 2015), but this trouble still not solved.
Every time then I trying to authorize, I get error "Failed authentication by Flickr. Entered authentication key might be available."

Flickr will no longer work with any Buffalo NAS, this is due to the HTTPS update on flickrs end. The units that supported the feature have been discontinued so a fix is unlikely.

I have the same issue.

with Flickr increasing the amount of free space to 1TB I now want to use this feature. I also have FW 1.70 for my LinkStation Duo.
