Title: RAID Array failing on LS-QVL929

I have a LS-QVL929 and recently had some drive failures. I have purchased some WD20EFRX drives and completely started from scratch.
Whenever I try to build a RAID array, it errors out - I have tried RAID 5 and RAID 10 with no luck.

What information do I need to get so that someone can help me create the arrays I need?
