It's telling me that there is a firmware upgrade available for my TS5800D6C6. But when I go to the downloads area of the web site and put in my model it tells me that "There are no downloads for your search criteria.". Is the web site having difficulties right now. Where can I get the upgrade?
There should be no C in the model number.
