Title: My Mac suddenly can't see my LS-X2.0TL. Help!
Post by: Jlan62 on March 08, 2015, 03:38:51 PM
After six months, suddenly my Mac cannot see my LS-X2.0TL at all. I have it connected directly to the Mac via ethernet and both the Mac and the device are powered and appear to be running nominally. I've tried to re-install the software from the CD but that didn't solve the problem. I'm not a power user and don't fully understand networking, so could someone please offer me a step-by-step troubleshooting procedure?

Thanks!

Can the NAS Navigator detect it? Is the power LED flashing or solid?
