Title: Loss of connection over lan

I have an LS-QV8.0TL/R5, I frequently (meaning 2 times a month) cant access the device over the network. I can ping it but can't browse it by its IP or network name. I also find not use of the buttons on the front. So I have to pull the power cord out which I hate doing so often and then plug it back in. Let it reboot and I can access over the network.
