Title: Failed Drive

I have a TS-RX8.0TL/R5. Using RAID 5. Drive 3 is bad. Is it how swappable ?

Drives are hotswapped able to pulling out one drive and inserting a new drive is possible, Follow the pdf and you will see what I mean
