Title: Could not open the Shared Folder on a new LS441DE
Post by: deho24 on February 13, 2015, 03:19:34 PM
I recently purchased a LS441DE.  I configured the device with 4 2TB HHD's in a RAID 10 configuration.  Through the web interface I am able to create a new "Share" Folder.  However, I am unable to browse to the share at all, let alone map the drive.  I have attempted to disable the firewall and AV.  I have even reformatted all the drives again to factory defaults and recreated the RAID.  I have upgraded the Firmware to version 1.74.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

What OS is running on the unit you're attempting to access the share from?

What protocols are enabled on the share you created?
