Title: iTunes Server - How do you add music to the server?

So when I turn on the iTunes server service on the LS421, it tells me to choose a folder and which I do. I then launch iTunes and see the NAS iTunes server on there.

How do you go about adding music content to the server? In what folder structure should it be?
