Title: LS X10tl not booting

We had a power cut and now my Link Station does not fully start, flashing blue light. It is getting an IP address but I can't access the NAS either in Windows Explorer or IE. IE shows the Buffalo logo but just hangs.

Can anyone help?

Is it possible to access the data if I remove the drive?
