Title: Sync two LS-WX4
Post by: cjm51213 on January 08, 2015, 06:42:46 PM
Hi Folks,

I have two LS-WX4.0TL/R1 Link Stations. I use one for my daily backups on-site. I'd like to sync to the other off-site. Is there a way to configure the off-site unit to "pull" the most recent backups? I see a backup feature but I don't find any description of how it works.

Thanks for the help,

Chris.

Your going to have to create a VPN Tunnel in to the network that has the main data. I wish you luck. The backup feature works for local units but using a vpn tunnel or other means to create a path into a network will work. So as long as you can see the units. You might also have to setup the the second LS with the same subnet/ip range.
