I LOST MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD TO MY LINKSTATION. HOW DO I RESET THEM
What is the model number? The reset proceedure is different for different units.
Hi I have a TS Live HD-DH0.0TGL/R5. I have lost the Web admin password and user name. I have tried the default, but no luck. Nothing is on the disk except the info shared folder. I bought it several months ago, but have been in China, cant find the CD or the paperwork. Can you help? Thanks
Try to reset the unit. You can do this by holding down the Init button (located under the LCD, you will need to open the door) for 15 seconds. Unless you checked "do not change upon reset" this should bring it back to the default username and password.
