Hello 

I am new to this scene so hopefully anybody would

be nice to help me with my problem

 

I have an Tvix 5100 and a Linkstation but i cannot figure out how to steam movies to my Tvix

i have wired connected the tvix and the linkstation to an Apple router, but how do i setup the tvix so i can

see my share folder on the tvix

Looking at that product, nowhere do i see any mention of DLNA compatibility.

 

It looks like it's network usage is limited to running off of a computer using it's software, not directly from a dlna standalone server.

   It's possible with NAS devices in general, since it supports Samba. I'm doing with two Logitec boxes. However, I've not tried so far with my LS-CL since all its folders are password-protected, and tvix doesn't support that. A quick play with the tvix settings didn't get me anywhere, maybe I could revisit it.
