Title: software error

i am getting the following error when trying to access the admin panel for my linkstation.  any help you can provide that will allow me to restore and access the admin features would be appreciated.  fwiw i have installed the 2.11 firmware upgrade and all was working fine until today:

   The web interface appears to be corrupted somehow. Have you tried reloading the firmware? And can you give any further information, such as the model of the unit?
