Title: Data transfer rate thru Web Access
Post by: nyfang on May 14, 2009, 08:20:18 PM

Hi, everybody. I'm a newbie and planning to buy a LS-XH1.0TL NAS.

The most attracting point is the web access. Did anybody ever test the transfer rate thru that? Like, the linkstation sits at home and I upload or download a file from office. How about the music streaming?

About the https, is it secure enough for personal use?

Sorry for so many questions.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Transfer rates depend entirely on the network topology of both the source and destination.
