Title: Is there a sleep function or WOL on the TeraStation HS-DHTGL?
Post by: Nigel Ayton on December 23, 2014, 08:38:30 AM
I have a TeraStation HS-DHTGL 2.0R5 which has served well for a few years.  I have now upgraded to a LinkStation LS-QVL 4.0 which I am using as my main media server and storage for network files.  I want to use the old TeraStation as the backup unit and for it to power up once a week to receive an overnight backup of critical files from the LinkStation.  But I can't find any feature on the TeraStation to create a sleep mode.  Am I missing something?  Or is the sleep mode only available on newer devices than my HS-DHTGL?
