Title: Terastation stopping service error

Hello,

 

Lately my Terastation has been stopping, it will beep and flash a red light.  And this error will display on the terastation screen

WDT EDS
System Stopped

 

Then I will reboot and the array will resynch. It has happened a few times now Any suggestions how to fix?

TS-1.0TGL/RS

Firmware:  1.04

Running BackupExec as software

Connected to our main server via an internet cable

Try performing a firmware update and a re-initialization. If that doesn't solve try and locate which HDD is giving you the problem. If worse comes to worse contact US tech support for a HDD or NAS replacement.
