Title: Firware upgrade, unable
Post by: markhug on May 09, 2009, 04:06:41 AM
I am unable to do a firmware upgarde on a terrastation TS-1.0TGL/R5.  It says the is 0 space availble.  I was told by someone that there is a command line to force this.  Does anyone know anything about this.  I called tech support about the problem and they did not mention this.

On this model it does not work with less than 10% space left on the drive. So first make sure you have enough space.

And the force procedure...later.

But first, please tell us how many space is available and what firmware exactly you are trying to install and which one is installed.  What is the error message and when does the error come up? What did you do, how did you connect?
