Title: LS420D0602 time stamps UTC instead of time zone offset from UTC
Post by: mitchmir on November 30, 2014, 02:05:07 PM
I set up an LS420D0602 with firmware version 1.31-0.92 yesterday.  When I use a network time server (ntp), such as the default one in Japan, the NAS timestamps with UTC, rather than the time zone offset I selected (EST, UTC-5) in advanced setup.  What's wrong?  To get correct time, I need to use Local date/time selection.  I am communicating with LS420D0602 by browser on local computer on local network with NAS.
