Title: can i change hard drive from buffalo linkstation to another buffalo linkstation?

I have LS-W2.0TG/R1. I can see the drive and can change settings and such but it won't let me get to the files. I was wondering if I pull the had drives (I have two that are mirrored) and install them in a new linkstation duo, would I be able to get to my files? Your input will be greatly appreciated.
