Hi,

I have a buffalo LS421 and i have configured Web Access to backup my phone to my NAS drive.

This works well but it only allowes the phone to be backed up. I would like to backup my extSdCard as this is where all my files are stored for obvious reasons.

Is it possible to get this to work as without it i find it rather pointless as most people keep their files on their SD card.

I also have a LS210 and have a problem with webaccess backing up my external SD card, it only read the phone memory card.

I have the same issue using LS210D and Samsung Galaxy S5. Only the files stored on the phone's internal memory can be uploaded via WebAccess A. I have most of my photos located on SD card and those can't be uploaded.

It seems that Buffalo isn't that interested in fixing this problem since the first post (at least which I found) about the same issue is posted on Oct, 2011.... And it also seems that none of these posts have been replied by Buffalo.

Could you already start doing something about this problem or at least inform us that updates are on their way?? I have had couple of issues with LinkStation and after seeking for help from the forums I have had this feeling that Buffalo is quite slow on making improvements to their products or software. When I need to upgrade my hardware I think I will exclude Buffalo products from the list!

What model is the NAS? What FW version? What version of Android is on the phone?
