Title: WZR-600DHP stopped broadcasting the 2.4 Ghz band
Post by: Robotix-1 on October 06, 2014, 06:26:55 AM
Router: WZR-600DHP
Firmware version: latest Buffalo DD-WRT pro-v24sp2-20180b

I live in a place where frequent power outages occur and my WZR-600DHP is constantly going on and off. This was no issue until recently when I noticed that of both bands only one (5 Ghz) was active back again when electricity came back.

I tried solving the issue rebooting from the utility itself but nothing happened so I decided to reboot the unit using the red button located underneth the router. This solved the problem but momentarily because every time I have a power outage I have to start all over again. This has become a big pain in the as*/%$#@.

The strange thing is that all the leds are on and behave as normal only that the 2.4 Ghz band is not present anymore.

Does anybody have this same problem?
