Title: TFTP problem with my EM mode Buffalo LS-WXL

I have a Buffalo LS-WXL which did not use for days. When I tried recently with a brand new HD and I found it in an EM mode. I tried to flash a latest firmware according to some guide from internet. But I got an error message as below while in TFTP progress. It keeps staying at "accepting requests..." and no further action.
