Title: no route to pro duo
Post by: hemingway on May 02, 2009, 09:49:47 AM

i have a virtually useless pro duo, it is holding 870gb hostage.

i can't access it anymore except it will tell me its name, mac address, gigs used and its ip address. i dont know how it does this with no network cable or route.

i have hooked it to a hub  and to my laptop, no good. i have it on a direct connect to pc no good. it used to work great but one after another it stopped to talking to my pc's. now i'm out of machines.

Try updating the firmware to the latest version. If you have problems with that, please post what information the NASNavigator shows for the device.
