Title: Android WebAccess A - Can't Access Internet
Post by: kgpearce on July 18, 2014, 06:56:03 PM
I'm using WebAccess A from Google Play on my LG G2 Android 4.4.1 and when I launch and try to add a NAS to the List it runs for 6-8 seconds and reply's unable to connect to the internet. Web Access works fine on my NAS from other PC's and the phone is connected to 4G and I can open opera and browse the internet. So why doe the Buffalo app say unable to connect to the internet.?

I have encountered the exact same problem, where I am definitely connected to the internet (confirmed) but WebAccess A states "unable to connect to the internet."

Were you able to resolve this and access it from your LG G2?

Has anyone from Buffalo's tech support acknowledged or addressed this issue?

Thank you!

Have you setup the nas on the webaccess a app, if not then i would try to see if your using a firewall app or antivirus app as that could block it. I was using a app with a green shield for got the name and it was causing issues with the webaccess app. im on a htc one m8 with android 4.4.3 and have no issues. was recently on 4.4.1 and no issues as well.
