Title: Buffalo TeraStation TS5400D1604 - backup to USB rotating hard drives
Post by: montech on July 06, 2014, 09:36:01 PM
Hey guys

I'm trying to setup my Buffalo TeraStation TS5400D1604 to backup to 3x USB rotating hard drives.
I've created a backup task and run a full backup test to a USB drive and that works.

My question is, if i rotate the 3x USB drives and use "incremental backup" method, will I end up with a full backup + incremental on each backup drive?
Will it matter if all USB drives are a different model?

What do you guys think the best/most reliable method for using rotating USB hard drives and using the Buffalo built in backup functionality?

Kind Regards
Aaron
