I have a Linkstation Live LS-X2.0TL connected to a network controlled by a Windows Server 2008 R2 domain.    It has been working fine for almost a year before it suddenly disconnected from the network.  I am unable to connect through the network share, NAS Navigator or through the web browser. The indicator light is a steady blue.  I am however able to successful ping the NAS.  When I reboot the NAS by powering it off/on it will work for a couple of hours before disconnecting again. 

I replaced the LS-X2.0TL with an identical LS-X2.0TL from my other office that was working normally.   Again, the replacement unit disconnected after a couple of hours.   The original unit, however, is now working normally at my other office so I know it has to be something with my network settings.

I have tested different settings including changing the IP configuration from DHCP to static, disabling the firewall and Network Intrusion Protection (Symantec Endpoint Protection SBE 12.1) but all with the same results. 

I have not made any configurations to the Workgroup/Domain settings in the web properties as I have accepted the default settings for other similar domain networks without issue.   It currently lists my domain name as a workgroup.

What am I missing?
