Title: LinkStation LS QVLE4E 8TB Raid 10 Array Rebuilding Problems
Post by: jgsfontanilla on May 06, 2014, 08:15:26 PM
Hi everyone,

I am having problems with my LinkStation LSQVLE4E 8TB. It rebuilds the RAID array for about 8 hours (8x orange light blink), seems to work fine right? But then it would blink 3x red LED afterwards and would say that E30: Drive 4 has an error, but when I look into the web interface, it's Drive 3 that has an Error notice. This just happened suddenly as it was working normally last week.

I tried removing Disk #3, removed its partition and reinserted it in the Quad to rebuild. However, I get the same result. The drives seem to be okay as I plugged them in via USB and an external power source and scandisk says the disks don't have errors.

Please see the attached screenshots to this message for your reference.

I am running out of ideas, any help would be very much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Gab
