Title: PCast doesn't see my USB external hd

I have a large collection of MP3s on an external hd which is connected to the USB port on my Terastation Live. When I go to PCast setup screen and I browse the shared folders I can't see the usbdisk2 folder.

The newer versions have a tick box for including USB drives in the settings. The TS Live should have it as well. Thats the only option you have and the effect should be that the shared folder you specify and the USB drive will be indexed in Pcast.

thanks. I have the USB disk checked. pls take a look at this, am I missing something?

Settings are fine. You have the update on "Manual". Did you press refresh or flash data base? Otherwise I does not see new files.

It's in Manual mode because I was tired of hearing the external hd making noise all the time. My MP3 collection is pretty stable and frequent updates are not necessary I prefer to do it manually.

I clicked on Refrech button, I even clicked on Flash Database(whatever it does) and I clicked on Apply. Everytime I could hear both the TS and the external hd making some noise.

TS can see the external hd, it's formatted XPS. The external hd is mapped and I can access it using Windows explorer no problem. I don't know what else I can do?
