Is there any way to use Seagate backup exe to backup my terastation  pro two g

to an internal drive in the server?

I'm not familiar with Seagate Backup Exe...

 

If you meant Symantec Backup Exec, as far as I know, the software requires a User Agent to be installed on a backup source, so it will not work with the Terastation in that fashion. Backup Exec will back up TO the Terastation, but not FROM.
